Q: I live outside of the United States and Canada, so what do I select for State/Province?
Select any entry. Due to a current limitation of the shopping cart software, customers living outside of the United States and Canada should simply select any entry to enable the completion of the registration information.
Q: When do I receive the product?
Immediately after ordering, you'll receive an email with the download link and a registration code. Since spam filters occasionally block legitimate emails, contact us if you don't receive our email soon after ordering.
Q: Why am I having problems ordering with a Firefox browser?
Firefox has known issues with verifying security certificates. Sometimes this can be caused by an inaccurate date setting on your computer. If you still experience ordering problems after confirming your date is set correctly, then use Internet Explorer to order.
