System Requirements
All of our products run on version 2.0 or later of the .NET Framework. The .NET Framework install is not included in our downloads.
Technical Support
We offer registered users of our products one year of free technical support. For technical support contact us at support@tangiblesoftwaresolutions.com. Note that our technical support consists of making improvements to the converters based on cases where you can show that a better conversion exists.
Licensing Information
Each licensed copy of a product entitles a single person to use the software personally on one or more computers. Licenses may be transferred. Tangible Software Solutions places no ownership claim or restriction on any portion of the conversion output. Helper classes inserted by the converter have copyright notices, but these classes can be freely used provided that the copyright notices remain intact.
Updates
We offer registered users of our products free updates for one year. Requests for updates must occur within this period. For the latest version or build, click 'Updates' within the converter's 'Help' menu or include your order number in an email to support@tangiblesoftwaresolutions.com
Upgrades
After the one year of free updates has expired, existing customers can purchase an upgrade at a special upgrade price (at 50% of the regular license cost). This includes the latest build plus one additional year of updates and technical support. Include your name and customer order number when you contact us.
